Akshay Gupta is a highly skilled professional specializing in business and commercial real estate financing. Having managed multibillion-dollar portfolios, Akshay’s mission is to bring the strategies, networks, and resources typically reserved for large real estate companies to not only other large firms but, more importantly, to small and mid-sized businesses.

 

With extensive experience in Acquisitions, Development, Asset Management, and Appraisals, Akshay leverages his expertise to help clients secure financing across a diverse range of asset classes, including Seniors Housing, Retail, Multifamily Residential, Industrial, Ghost Kitchens, Gas Stations, and Places of Worship. His deep industry connections enable him to execute complex transactions with confidence and efficiency, while ensuring attractive pricing metrics for his clients.

 

Akshay earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, underscoring his commitment to professional growth and academic excellence. In recognition of his exceptional achievements, he was honored with the Outstanding Young Leader Award by the Canadian Real Estate Forums in 2020 and named an Excellence Awardee for Young Achiever of the Year at the Canadian Mortgage Awards 2024.
